Return Policy
All returned items must be returned in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping charges. Items returned in damaged or severely used condition have a 35% restock fee. There are no returns on customized Drink Towers. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. We suggest that you ship the items and a completed return form via UPS or Parcel Post Insured to:
